Failed video generation
When a charged video task fails before producing a video, its credits are returned automatically to the original credit grants. Their original expiration dates still apply. A returned credit is an account balance adjustment, not a cash refund.
If audio restoration fails after a video has been created, you receive a clearly labeled silent video. Contact support if this does not meet your needs.
Payment refund requests
For a duplicate charge, a missing credit purchase or a problem with a delivered result, open a support ticket. Include the order number or task ID and a description of the problem. Do not include your full card number or password.
Payment refund requests are reviewed individually. If a payment refund is approved, it is returned through the original payment provider; the arrival time depends on that provider and your bank. Rights that apply under applicable consumer law are not restricted by this policy.
Cancel a subscription
Manage renewal from Billing. Canceling renewal stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund an earlier payment. Check the billing screen for your subscription's current period and cancellation status.
Credits and expiration
Subscription credits expire at the end of their billing period. Annual plans grant their annual allowance up front. One-time credit packs do not expire. The price and included credits are shown before checkout on the pricing page.
