Privacy Policy

Information used by the service

We store account details such as your name and email, authentication records, credit transactions, orders, generation tasks and support messages. Photos you upload and videos you create are processed to deliver the features you request.

Photos and AI processing

The studio resizes and re-encodes supported photos in your browser before upload. When you start a generation, the photo and selected reference media are sent to fal.ai to run the selected video model. Reference audio may also be processed to restore sound to the result.

Do not upload sensitive documents or images of people without their permission. Removing camera metadata does not remove private information visible inside a photo.

Storage and access

Uploads are held in the configured file storage; generated videos may be held by the AI provider and optionally copied into site storage. Your task list and download endpoint require your account. Media delivery URLs may be accessible to anyone who possesses the link, so keep them private if the content is private.

Removing an item from My videos hides its task from your library. It does not automatically erase all provider or storage copies. For a data deletion request, contact support with the relevant account or task details. Keep a local copy of videos you want to retain; provider links may expire.

On our Cloudflare deployment, uploaded source photos in temporary storage are scheduled for deletion after one day. Generated videos remain subject to the AI provider's retention policy; download the videos you want to keep.

Payments and service providers

The payment provider selected at checkout processes payment details. The site keeps order, subscription and credit records, but does not store full card numbers. AI, storage, email and payment providers process the data necessary to deliver their respective services under their own terms and policies.

Cookies and analytics

Essential cookies maintain your sign-in session and language preference. Theme preferences may use browser storage. If analytics are enabled, usage events may be collected to understand how the service is used. We do not intentionally include uploaded photos or payment credentials in analytics events.

Requests and contact

You can edit basic account details in Profile. For access, correction, export or deletion requests, open a support ticket. Records required for billing, dispute handling or legal obligations may need to be retained.
